🌱 The Wildwoven Seasons

How to Work with the Rhythms of the Wildwoven Way

The Earth transforms in SEASONS – Autumn, Winter, Spring, Summer.

So do we.

Because transformation doesn’t follow a checklist—it follows a rhythm.

The Wildwoven Way was born when I finally stopped trying to fix myself and started listening to what life—and my body—had been whispering all along.

It honors five sacred seasons of becoming:

Autumn, Winter, Early Spring, Late Spring, and Summer

Each season brings its own medicine.

Its own timing.

Its own truth.

And wherever you are in the spiral, that’s where we begin.

Not with pressure to bloom—but with deep respect for the season you’re in.

🍂 AUTUMN: Letting Go (Even When It Hurts)

Maybe something just ended—a job, a relationship, a version of you.

Or maybe it hasn’t ended yet, but you know it needs to.

Together, we’ll tenderly hold all the pieces that are falling away, honor the grief, and –if appropriate– gently release the stories that no longer serve.

I’ll help you:

🍂 build nervous system safety,

🍂 unhook from beliefs and stories which no longer serve,

🍂 and walk with you through the threshold—without rushing the wisdom.

After [you helped me] become aware of the beliefs that were in the way of my communication with my daughter—and let them go—an amazing thing happened. [My daughter] called and shared how angry she’d been for years and that she was sorry I’d been the brunt of it. We cried, laughed, and connected on a soul level like we used to. —Irene

❄️ WINTER: The Deep Down Pause

You’re tired in your bones. Your sparkle is gone.

Maybe you’re still functioning on the outside, but inside you’re unraveling.

The world tells you this need for stillness is weakness—that if you’re not producing, or if you can’t move on, you’re falling behind.

I call bullshit.

We don’t do this only to ourselves—we do it to the Earth.

We force the seasons. We rush the bloom. We strip the soil bare.

But rest?                   Rest is a sacred act of resistance.

Needing winter does not mean you’re a failure.

Winter is where the real work begins—invisibly, underground.

❄️ I help you reconnect with your body, your rhythm, and the part of you that knows it doesn’t need to earn rest.

❄️ Together,  we

 s l o w        i t

w a y          d o w n.

❄️ We make space for truth, root-deep nervous system safety, and the quiet wisdom unfolding beneath the surface.

“When my 7-week-old son passed away, I lost my mind and felt like I wanted to leave this world. Kristin offered a safe and sacred space where I could get back in touch with myself and the loving guidance that is available to me. She held space for me, watched over me, and provided exactly the guidance I needed. I felt myself settle back into the love that is in my heart. She’s a powerful love warrior.” ♡ —Naomi

🌱 EARLY SPRING: Leaning into Wonder

Something is stirring.

You’re not who you were—but you’re not quite sure who you’re becoming.

You want a plan. A clear next step.

But also? You’re scared of choosing wrong. Of wasting time. Of “unprofitable” avenues.

Society wants you to rush straight through to production, and push you back out into hustle culture.

I’ll coax you to:

🌱 root into curiosity instead of rushing clarity.

🌱 follow joy and creative sparks,

🌱 rebuild trust in your inner compass,

🌱 take small, imperfect steps.

These times with you and in the group have made a difference in my life. I’m excited and much less worried and sad than when I initially talked with you. Learning to show kindness toward myself, identify emotion, accept it, and then let it go… that is such a gift. Thank you so very much! – Rose

🌸 LATE SPRING: Creative Reclamation

Your voice is coming back.

You’re ready to speak up, show up, or create something new.

But perfectionism, fear of being “too much,” and old identities still tug at you.

I’ll coach you to:

🌸 reclaim your creative fire without burning out

🌸 untangle internalized “good girl” rules,

🌸 rebuild trust in your voice,

🌸 shape your emerging self-expression into something rooted, playful, and unapologetically alive.

[When I started working with Kristin] I was in crisis. I felt like my perceptions of reality were completely unreliable. I didn’t expect HOW well this would work for me—with my ADHD and the fact that I’ve already worked through so much trauma. Your tools don’t revolve around that at all. I’ve never been able to meditate for long, but your way offered me a path that can be 1–363,872 minutes, anytime, anywhere. It feels like a form-fitted philosophy just for me.”  -Etta

🌻 SUMMER: Living the Myth

You’ve come through the tunnel. You’re clearer than you’ve been in a long time.

But stepping into your radiance? That takes guts.

You’re ready to speak it.

Live it.

Embody the truth of who you are.

But old fears still whisper—

What if I shine too bright?

What if I’m judged?

What if I’m not ready?

This is where I support you to move from integration

into aliveness.

Together:

🌻 we’ll honor your visibility wounds,

🌻 reclaim your voice,

🌻 craft soulful rituals, storytelling practices, and

🌻 unapologetic action so that you are living your truth out loud.

“Working with Kristin has been one of the best gifts I’ve ever received. I’ve attained an inner calm and strength in the knowledge that I am enough. I’ve learned to accept both myself and what life has to offer with open arms and a feeling of grace.” – Maggie
