🌿 Wildwoven Resources 🌿
There’s not a single path through transformation.
No single map, no tidy checklist, no perfect guru.
But there are threads—of story, science, and soul—that can help us find our way back to ourselves.
This page is a curated collection of those threads.
Here, you’ll find resources I’ve created—free tools, practices, and stories that reflect the Wildwoven Way.
You’ll also find pathways beyond my work: support for navigating grief and loss, especially after a loss to suicide… ways to take action in the face of political and systemic harm… and lifelines for those facing domestic violence or moments of deep rupture.
Not because I have all the answers.
But because I believe in offering what I can—and pointing toward what I can’t.
Because healing is not a solo act. And we’re not meant to do this alone.
Browse what speaks to you.
Save what you need.
And know that you’re held in a web much wider than you may realize.
Start Here: Nervous System Regulation
Before we can process, plan, or problem-solve—our bodies need to feel safe.
That’s not a mindset issue. It’s a biology issue.
When we’re in a stress response—whether from grief, trauma, or just the daily grind of living in a world that often feels like too much—our nervous system reroutes energy away from the prefrontal cortex (the part of the brain responsible for logic, intuition, language, and long-term thinking). In simple terms: we can’t access our wisest self when we’re flooded.
That’s why nervous system regulation isn’t just helpful—it’s foundational.
Whether you’re healing, navigating change, or just trying to get through the day with your dignity intact, I recommend starting with tools for your nervous system.
The below video from my Youtube channel share science-backed, soul-centered tools to soothe your nervous system, build resilience, and reclaim your calm. From sensory grounding techniques to nature-inspired self-regulation, learn how to restore balance—no toxic positivity required.

📈My Favorite Go-To Nervous System Tool
I call this tool my Inner Sanctuary tool because when I practice the tool, that’s what it feels like to me. The rest of the world drops away, and it’s just me and my heart. I teach this tool (and others) in more depth elsewhere, but I wanted to share it with you here because it works like magick to get you out of your head (where all those THOUGHTS are circling).
Life Lessons from an Angry Little Bird
I manage my family’s vacation rental as a side job. One day last spring I discovered unmistakable evidence that an angry little bird was fighting his own reflection in the large picture window.
I’d been thinking about how we get all up inside our heads sometimes, so I thought it would make a perfect lesson on how we beat our own heads against windows.
📉 Are You a Catastrophic Thinker?
This video defines different types of catastrophic thinking, and invites you to see where you fall on the spectrum.
📅 Feeling Behind in Life?
I made this video in the first couple weeks of January, which is a common time to feel like you’re already behind.
But … it’s valuable no matter what time of year it is.
🪴 Developing the Ability to Calm Oneself
I created this video for our local Community Resilience Initiative several years ago. I talk about my business differently these days, but the basic information in the video stands the test of time.

You can get first dibs on new nervous system videos and Wildwoven stories, sneak peeks of what’s brewing behind the scenes, and early access (plus early bird discounts) to future offerings—by taking the Seasonal Assessment.
The Assessment & follow up email based guide will help you understand what season of transformation you’re in—yep, there are seasons of transformation—and offer support tailored to exactly where you are.
But if you’re not ready for the assessment just yet, you’re still welcome here.

🍂 Navigating Grief and Loss
If you’re here, it likely means something has been lost.
A person. A version of yourself. A dream. A foundation you thought was steady.
Whether your grief is fresh or long held, named or unspoken, you are not alone.
This page exists as a companion in the wilderness—offering support, language, and lifelines for the aching places our culture often ignores.
These resources are not solutions. They are signposts.
They won’t “fix” the pain. But they will remind you that your sorrow is not too much. That your grief is not a problem to solve—but a truth to honor.
Below, you’ll find tools for processing your own grief, along with links to organizations and writings that offer deeper support—especially for those grieving suicide loss, systemic injustice, or the slow burn of living in a world that doesn’t know how to hold sorrow well.
Take what resonates. Leave what doesn’t.
Return when you need to. Grief spirals, and so can your healing.
You don’t have to tidy your tears to belong here.
All of you is welcome.
Resources for Suicide Loss Survivors
Losing a loved one to suicide is devastating, and society is NOT good at supporting grief and loss.
These resources come from the Suicide Prevention Resource Center, and are curated specifically for survivors of suicide loss.
